Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. General Eligibility Declaration:
    I declare that I am a Malaysian Bumiputera aged 16 years or above. I confirm that the information provided is accurate and matches my official identification documents.
  2. Yayasan Peneraju Funding Status: I declare that I am not currently an active recipient of any other Yayasan Peneraju funding. I have an active individual bank account. If I am an alumni of a previous Yayasan Peneraju program, I confirm that I have repaid at least 50% of previous funding’s recoverable amount and that the total recoverable amount of financing received from Yayasan Peneraju, including both previous and new financing, shall not exceed RM150,000.
  3. Financing Scheme & Package Details:
    I understand that this program is funded under the Yayasan Peneraju Financing Scheme – Basic Package. I acknowledge the following terms:

    • Financing Amount: Up to RM5,000
    • Coverage: Training/Tuition fees ONLY
    • Eligibility Requirements:
      • Bumiputera Malaysian citizen
      • Aged 16 years old and above
      • Obtained a valid offer letter or proof of registration from the Approved Learning & Training Institution (ALTI)
      • Not an active recipient of other Yayasan Peneraju’s funding
      • Has an active individual bank account
    • Alumni Requirements: If I am an alumni (completed a Yayasan Peneraju-funded course or programme), I must:
      • Meet all pre-requisites criteria
      • Have repaid at least 50% of previous funding’s recoverable amount
      • Ensure the total recoverable amount of financing received from Yayasan Peneraju, including both previous and new financing, shall not exceed RM150,000
    • Package Utilization: I understand that selecting the Basic Package entitles me to one (1) package utilization, subject to completing each package before commencing the next.
    • Reimbursement Basis: This package operates on a reimbursement basis, where I am required to make payment, complete the training, and then submit the claim after completion.
  4. Application Process & Communication: I acknowledge that this registration is for the initial screening process by COEXRT AI. Upon acceptance, I agree to:

    • Register an account at https://peneraju.org/ using my personal email address (Company emails are not permitted).
    • Upload the signed Letter of Offer (LO) and Education Financing Scheme Agreement (EFSA) within the stipulated timeline (7 days).
  5. Commitment to Attendance and Process: I agree to follow the full application workflow, including submitting the required invoice to Peneraju.org within the 24 hours of receipt and returning the signed Letter of Commitment (LOC) within 24 hours.
  6. COEXRT AI Academy Account Registration: By completing this form, I agree to register an account in COEXRT AI Academy (Academy.coexrt.com) using the username and password provided in this registration form. I understand that this account will be used for accessing the training portal and related services.
